BIOGRAPHY

Gil Garcia is the Co-founder and Chief Legal and Strategy Officer at EVelution Energy, leading the development of the first solar-powered, carbon-neutral cobalt processing facility in the United States. With over 25 years of experience across capital markets, project finance, and cross-border transactions, he has structured more than $300 million in financing, including EXIM-supported credit facilities.

Gil has negotiated global supply agreements with Trafigura, Glencore, and LG Energy Solution. He also serves as the Founding Board Member of the Critical Minerals Forum, supporting domestic and allied critical mineral supply chains.
